Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform in shop testing, assembly and subsequent on-site installation, alignment and calibration, servicing and repair of all hardware and devices associated with the Electronic Toll Collection Systems (ETCS) in North Texas.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Performs shop assembly of all hardware and shop functionality tests and indexing of all devices
- Performs on site installation, alignment, calibration and subsequent maintenance of all mechanical, optical, electrical and electronic equipment associated with the ETCS
- Able to travel to various job sites in Texas for extended periods of time
- Perform or assist with the on-site functional and acceptance testing of all installed equipment as required
- Performs on site troubleshooting of roadside equipment including the replacement of defective components as required
- Must be team orientated and customer focused with immediate response to on-site problems to ensure contractual agreements are met or exceeded thus keeping down time and revenue loss to a minimum
- Interface with customer to advise them of status of normal operating and maintenance routines and corrective action to resolve operating problems as required
- Provide feedback to supervisors and engineering personal on reoccurring problems and other technical matters as required
- Responsible for maintenance and care of vehicles, tools test equipment, alignment jigs, etc. used in the course of duties
- Follows and complies with all applicable employment, environmental and health and safety rules and regulations
Required Skills:
- Proficient computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic electrical/electronics knowledge
- Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Valid Texas Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Skilled in the use of mechanical and electrical hand tools
- Must be willing and able to travel and work away from home for extended periods of time (1-4 weeks)
- Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be in good physical condition & able to lift at least 44 lbs, work standing and sitting for prolong periods of time
- Able to working at heights over 20 ft on ladders, aerial buckets or walkways above moving highway traffic
- Willing to work day and night shifts as required and additional time as required to meet demanding schedules
Desired Skills:
- Computer networking knowledge
- Experience operating scissor lift and fork truck is an asset
- Experience driving small trucks while towing trailer
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction related fields
- Drafting and Surveying knowledge is an asset
Education / Experience / Skills Required:
College Technician diploma in either mechanical, electrical or electronics preferred.

Job Description:
Hourly electronics test technicians conducting in circuit and functional testing in a circuit card assembly shop. Support root cause/corrective action activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, achieve daily quantity, schedule and cost objectives, and promote a safe working environment. These are primarily second and third shift positions with possible opportunity to rotate to first shift at a later date.
Duties include:
Function independently as a test technician, complying with run rules and factory policies, recommend improvements to test processes, responsible for daily output goals, interaction with support functions, represent the organization to customer engineering representatives in resolving issues, membership on self-directed multifunctional teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with and understanding of the goals of the test process in a Manufacturing or Production environment
- 2 years of experience demonstrating good communication skills to interact effectively with peers, leadership, and customers
- AS degree
- At least one year of applicable experience in an electronic assembly work environment
- Availability to work a third shift schedule – (10:30pm - 7:30am).
Desired Qualifications:
- Manufacturing environment experience
- More than 2 years of applicable experience in an electronic assembly work environment a plus
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing
- Possess the ability to multi-task with positive results

Senior Production Support Associate with electronic manufacturing experience needed to support various programs in the McKinney Circuit Card Assembly Center.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a production control or other manufacturing support role working with MRP.
- Demonstrated work experience in a manufacturing environment with production technicians as a team member, customer and supplier.
- Experience working on a PC/computer to complete manufacturing tasks, with demonstrated knowledge of Excel for report generation and analysis and sending email using MS Outlook or Lotus Notes.
- High School Diploma minimum education requirement.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to interface with the support personnel and be able to commit delivery dates of product.
- Must be able to deliver product from our production floor to program test area.

Job Description:
The positions are for Process Engineering Technicians to support a Circuit Card Assembly facility. These individuals will provide operations assistance by troubleshooting assembly problems, interpreting requirements and mentoring operators in the assembly area. Positions are available on all three shifts.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidates must be able to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, processes and assembly specifications. They must have knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Manual operations: such as hand soldering, adhesives, potting, and conformal coating processes
- Auto insert processes, SMT equipment and process, AOI, X-ray, Reflow Soldering, Rework, Underfill
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) would be a plus. Machine programming of automated assembly equipment, or the ability to learn is required. They must have the ability to effective communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of the organization and must be able to effectively work in a team atmosphere and mentor assembly operators.
Required Education: High School Diploma. Associate degree in a technical field preferred.

He/she must have the ability to effective communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of the organization. Must be able to effectively work in a team atmosphere and mentor assembly operators.
Required Education: High School Diploma. Associate degree in a technical field preferred
